of your personal data. For this reason, as G20 interns, organizers and managers, we attach
great importance to personal data processing and preservation in accordance with the international legal legislation and universal values.

parties at domestic and foreign in connection with the activities and services we provide
and in accordance with the applicable legislation. We created this text to inform you about
the process that your data will go through.

1-Collection and Processing of Personal Data:
Your personal data may be collected (although it may vary depending on the fulfilment of
duties and obligations arising from the management plan) orally, in writing or electronically by means of automatic or non-automatic methods, units of our Management, our website and so on. These data are processed in accordance with the general principles contained in Article 5 of the GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation) and the conditions set out in Articles 6 and 7.


The personal data to be processed are,
‣Your credentials: name, surname, nationality,
‣Your contact information: email, phone number,

‣Your Transaction Security Information: IP address, password and password information, cookie information (We operate the same cookie policy as the Wix system: https://
support.wix.com/en/article/cookies-and-your-wix-site) and other necessary data.


Your personal data can be processed as follows,
‣For certain clear and legitimate purposes,
‣In accordance with the law and universal principles, and,
‣In connection with the purposes of processing, on a limited and measured basis.

2-To Whom and for What Purpose the Processed Personal Data May be Transferred:
Your personal data may be shared with our managers, our service connections and the institutions we work with within the framework of legal limits and the purpose of the service.The access to database are limited to directors, officers, executive secretaries. In some limited cases other members can also access to database upon request.


Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes;
‣Provision, provision, development of our website services,
‣Informing about our current and future services,
‣Operation of processes related to human resources,
‣Administering the applications process and in relation to your participation in the same,
‣Promotional, marketing and publicity purposes relating to the G20+6 MUN,
‣For G20+6 MUN conduct of research, analysis and development activities (including data analytics, surveys and/or profiling) to enhance G20+6 MUN offerings and operations, and

‣Reference and archival purposes, in accordance with G20+6 MUN policies and processing related with the personal data protection.

G20+6 MUN takes technical and administrative measures that it can take to prevent illegal processing of personal data, prevent illegal access to personal data, and ensure that personal data is stored in accordance with the law.Your personal data is stored for the period necessary for the purpose for which they are processed.

Within the framework of Article 12 of the GDPR, the owner of personal data can always
contact and request information about the current status of his/her data. If you submit your claims for your rights as owners of personal data to our management, our Management will conclude the request as soon as possible.

‣If your personal data has been processed, request information about it,
‣Find out the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
‣Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred,
